Tangier’s new stadium was inaugurated 26 April 2011. Occupying 84 ha, it has a capacity of 45,000 seats and can accommodate 65,000. Access to the stadium is provided via 17 gates and a main entrance. It has two 250 and 400 capacity conference centers, fitted with simultaneous translation systems. The stadium also has an athletics track, a panoramic restaurant, 30 refreshment stands, an 82 m² giant screen and 18 VIP boxes.
